After growing up in San Gabriel, California, she headed to the University of California San Diego, where she took part in the UCSD Pre-Dental Society. It was here, while volunteering at several free dental clinics in downtown San Diego, that she discovered her fascination with dentistry. After completing her undergraduate degree, she headed to the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Chiem has honed her skills through years of education and experience, and is proud to bring her expertise to the city she loves.
